Produced by Andy Magoffin in the House of Miracles. At the time, the Parkas were Michael Brown, Stewart Heyduk, Paul Thompson, and the brothers Mark and Greg Rhyno. Andy sang back up on "Recipe for Sick". Catriona Sturton played harmonica with her eyes closed. Mike Bonnell threw it down on the organ in one take. Tina Simmonds drank, smoked, and sang beautifully.
